1460 Prudential Dr., Dallas, Tx.  33,500 sf office building purchased 1990 vacant leased to Homeland Security.  Spent over $3mil renovating the building and managed property for over thirty years. Sold in 2020 1,000+ return

2905 Sale Street, Dallas, Tx.  11,000 sf high rise site with residential duplex.  Purchased in 1990 primarily because of the high-rise zoning and the location across from the newly opened Mansion on Turtle Creek Hotel.  Renovated the property and managed it as a short-term rental for over fifteen years.  Sold in 20191,000+ return.

Carlton Sausage Factory, 880 HWY 46 West, New Braunfels, Tx 30,000 sf USDA approved food packing facility.  Bought vacant in 2017 and sold in 2020.

5201 W. Barraque, Pine Bluff, AR  27,000 sf facility purchased in 2018 and donated to a local charity in 2019 appraised for $1.8mil.

Ramada South Padre Island Tx.  146-room motel which was converted from a Travelodge bought in 2002 renovated in 2008 and sold in 2017.  Increased revenue from $1,800,000 to $2,800,000.

123 Manitou Ave. Manitou Springs, Co.  50-room Motel on Two Acres

Purchased in 2017 the largest tract of land in Manitou Springs.  Sold in 2020.

Purchased in 2019 and completed a complete formula blue renovation.  Increased revenue from $2,100,000 to $3,500,000.
